Role Overview
This position is for an HR Recruiter based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with a focus on high-volume hiring and core recruitment operations.
Key Work Areas
- Manage bulk hiring requirements and coordinate recruitment at scale.
- Use hiring portals effectively to source and track candidates.
- Support employee engagement activities as part of the HR function.
- Handle joining formalities for newly selected employees.
- Prepare and release offer documents.
- Take ownership of the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
