HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous HR Recruiter with at least one year of direct recruitment experience to oversee our hiring processes. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with hiring managers to source and attract qualified candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment journey from application through to offer stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and social media networks to identify and attract suitable candidates.
• Conduct thorough resume evaluations against job requirements to shortlist exemplary candidates and perform initial screening interviews via phone or video calls to evaluate skills and job fit.
• Coordinate interviews by managing schedules and communication between applicants and hiring teams.
• Keep candidate records current and track progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Serve as the principal contact for candidates, providing timely updates and maintaining a professional company image.
• Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels and corporate career pages.
• Support the HR team with preparing offer documentation and onboarding resources.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of professional recruitment experience, whether agency-based or in-house.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
• Strong ability to multitask, manage workflows effectively, and consistently meet hiring targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities in English and Marathi are essential.
