Overview
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to deliver essential support for daily human resource functions within a healthcare setting. This position is a long-term contract demanding proficiency in Workday to efficiently manage employee data, address system inquiries, and assist both HR personnel and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute employee lifecycle actions in Workday, including status and personnel record updates.
- Field and resolve routine HR system questions, such as system access and password problems.
- Accurately prepare and complete employment verification requests within specified timeframes.
- Support onboarding processes, maintain employee records, and provide administrative assistance to managers and HR teams.
- Input, verify, and maintain accurate HR data in the system to ensure record integrity.
- Assist in Workday reporting, testing, and tracking of issues to uphold system functionality.
- Help prepare for audits by collecting relevant documentation, reviewing records, and ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate pre-employment screening and procedures following organizational policies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrable hands-on experience working with Workday in HR support or coordination roles.
- Background in HR administration including onboarding and management of employee data.
- Skillful in processing status changes, employment verifications, and HRIS updates.
- Capable of troubleshooting HR system access issues and assisting users effectively.
- Knowledgeable about HR compliance, documentation requirements, and audit procedures.
- Maintains discretion handling confidential information.
- Efficient organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
