Role Overview

The Housekeeping Supervisor will take charge of managing all housekeeping operations within the property, ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold superior cleanliness standards throughout guest rooms, public spaces, and common areas.
• Develop and maintain effective, professional relationships with housekeeping staff, clients, and contractors.
• Provide support and guidance to housekeeping team to ensure outstanding cleaning services.
• Conduct daily on-the-job training sessions for cleaning personnel.
• Keep precise records related to finances, inventory, and maintenance matters.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience managing a housekeeping team.
• Background in budget control and management of operational supplies, including replacements and consumables.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Keen attention to detail with the capability to implement and enforce cleanliness procedures and standards.
