Overview
Hyatt Regency Trivandrum is looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to deliver dependable, high-quality service to guests and maintain a strong standard of cleanliness throughout the assigned work area.
Role summary
In this position, you will handle cleaning and upkeep tasks in the designated area of work while ensuring your service remains courteous, polished, efficient, and adaptable to changing needs.
What you will do
- Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties in the assigned area.
- Maintain a steady standard of service quality for guests and customers.

Qualifications
A diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred. The role also calls for at least 2 years of experience in hotel operations, along with strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
