Job Description

We have openings for both part-time and full-time Housekeepers. In this role, you will genuinely care for our guests by establishing strong emotional connections through consistent guest service. Your main goal is to enhance guest satisfaction by delivering clean and tidy rooms that meet hotel standards. Additionally, you will provide efficient, courteous, and proactive service without causing inconvenience to guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience working in a hotel environment is necessary.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong guest-oriented approach.
• High attention to detail in cleaning and room preparation.
• Willingness and ability to work on weekends, holidays, and as business demands.
• Physical capability to occasionally lift or exert up to 40 pounds and frequently up to 20 pounds.
