Role Summary

We are inviting passionate individuals to join our esteemed team as Hotel Cleanliness Experts who play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable appearance and cleanliness of our entire hotel. This role empowers individuals to take initiative in performing a broad spectrum of housekeeping duties involving guest requests, room and public space cleaning, and cart stocking — all contributing to a superior guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas.
• Attend promptly and efficiently to guest requests relating to housekeeping.
• Ensure housekeeping carts are properly stocked and supplied.
• Adhere strictly to company policies for workplace safety, confidentiality, and quality standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Physically capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds unaided.
