Position Overview
At Aloft Hotels, located in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, the Hotel Cleanliness Expert plays an essential role in creating a unique and memorable guest experience. Key Responsibilities
- Execute diverse housekeeping functions including room cleaning, public space maintenance, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests while maintaining high standards.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering strictly to company policies, procedures, and quality guidelines.
- Present a professional appearance through appropriate uniform, personal grooming, and effective communication.
- Stay active and mobile during shifts, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Contribute positively to the guest experience by ensuring all areas of the hotel meet cleanliness and appearance expectations.
