About the Role
Dillard's is looking to hire a Home Store Brand & Analytics Coordinator to join our Corporate Office in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is critical in supporting the Home division by assisting the General Merchandise Manager (GMM), Divisional Merchandise Managers (DMMs), and the Home team with administrative duties, communication coordination, business reporting, and strategic project support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance including managing calendars, meeting arrangements, travel plans, and expense reporting for leadership and team members.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement for the Home division.
- Lead onboarding for new hires by preparing workspaces, coordinating technology, and facilitating orientation activities.
- Organize team recognition programs, celebrations, and departmental gatherings to foster a positive work culture.
- Schedule and manage meeting spaces for both internal and vendor engagements.
- Develop and circulate monthly store reports emphasizing brand performance and business insights.
- Generate detailed store visit reports and summaries for leadership consideration, occasionally attending visits to support documentation and follow-up action.
- Manage chargeback documentation and coordinate quarterly distributions.
- Monitor payroll reports weekly to maintain roster accuracy and communicate any variances appropriately.
- Compile and present business data aiding leadership in strategic decision-making and planning.
- Coordinate distribution of monthly newsletters and weekly communications within the Home division.
- Maintain and update the Home division's digital resources including Google Sites content, ensuring current directives and training materials are accessible.
- Manage store-facing digital content by selecting imagery and crafting communications that align with merchandising efforts and brand positioning.
- Organize promotional campaigns such as "Triple Dip" events, preparing materials and ensuring proper communication of execution strategies to stores.
- Act as the main liaison for special brand partnerships like Southern Living, managing events, meeting logistics, catering, equipment, and project rollouts.
- Participate in and support cross-departmental initiatives and special projects as assigned by Home leadership.
Required Skills & Competencies

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Google Workspace, including Google Sites and content management tools.
- Preferably familiar with design and communication software such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Adaptability to evolving priorities while maintaining accuracy and organizational effectiveness.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support store visits and divisional activities.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Communications, Merchandising, or related discipline.
- At least two years of professional experience in administrative support, retail operations, merchandising, analytics, or project coordination.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing calendars, arranging travel, supporting multiple leaders, and producing presentations and business communications.
- Ability to travel in support of business and store-related functions.

Additional Information
This full-time role is based onsite at Dillard's headquarters located at 1600 Cantrell Rd., Little Rock, AR 72201. Regular attendance is a crucial part of the position.
