Role Overview
The Head Operations at Sirohi Furniture will be responsible for steering the strategic direction and day-to-day management of operations. The role encompasses comprehensive oversight of production planning, control processes, inventory management, and warehouse efficiency, while maintaining strong collaboration with vendors to ensure seamless procurement and dispatch activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead operational strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Supervise production planning and control to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Optimize inventory levels and improve warehouse operations.
- Work closely with vendors to manage procurement and dispatch effectively.
- Ensure compliance with production/manufacturing standards and practices.
