As Head of Technology, you will lead the strategic planning, design, and integration of AI-driven systems across the full technology stack, combining deep expertise in AI/ML and full-stack development with strong leadership and business insight. This senior role bridges technical teams and business leaders to promote innovation and deliver scalable, ethical AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on technical development and architectural design of the AI-native platform and solution suite, covering backend infrastructure, data processing, model lifecycle, and user-facing applications.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, maintainable full-stack systems to deploy AI models efficiently at production scale.
• Evaluate and select suitable AI frameworks (such as PyTorch and TensorFlow), cloud services (AWS, Azure), and supporting tools or vendors.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns like microservices, and quality assurance protocols.
• Develop and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals to enhance products and operational performance.
• Collaborate closely with senior executives and product teams to translate business requirements into viable AI solutions.
• Oversee project management activities including planning, resource distribution, and budget control to ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams comprising Software, AI/ML, full-stack developers, and MLOps specialists.
• Cultivate a culture fostering innovation, learning, experimentation, and adaptability to new technologies and trends.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive technical expertise with hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering (including large language models, computer vision, natural language processing) and full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and managing MLOps for training, deployment, inference, and monitoring at scale.
• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing engineering or AI/ML teams.
• Strategic vision and ability to align technology initiatives with broader business and product strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills capable of conveying complex technical topics to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders and executives.
• Prior experience in deep technical roles within startup environments contributing to building robust technologies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Legal work authorization to be employed in the United States at the time of hire.
