Role Summary

The organization is looking to hire a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner with a hardtech specialization to manage the entire recruiting cycle for key engineering and product roles. This pivotal position involves building robust candidate pipelines for Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Forward Deployed Engineers, while also supporting expansion into corporate functions such as Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, designing offers, and closing hires.
• Collaborate with leadership to create comprehensive job descriptions, consistent evaluation scorecards, and organized interview procedures.
• Utilize creative outbound sourcing strategies across platforms and professional networks focused on hardware and engineering to attract passive candidates.
• Lead structured interview debriefings and calibration meetings to uphold hiring quality and reduce bias.
• Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system data to improve hiring pipeline transparency as well as time-to-fill and conversion metrics.
• Act as the primary representative of First Resonance to ensure a positive and genuine candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Assist in recruiting for non-technical roles when workload permits and support recruitment operations through the creation of outreach materials and hiring assets.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in full-cycle technical recruiting within startups or specialized recruiting firms.
• Experience recruiting in hardtech or deep-tech sectors such as aerospace, defense, energy, manufacturing, or regulated hardware industries.
• Proven success in filling complex roles in Software Engineering, Product, and Solutions Engineering domains.
• Expertise in proactive outbound sourcing to build and maintain talent networks beyond incoming applications.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and utilize ATS data to address hiring challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on candidate-centric recruiting practices.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic startup environments, building recruiting processes from initial stages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing Forward Deployed Engineers or customer-facing technical professionals.
• Hands-on development of recruitment structures including interview guides, scoring systems, and calibration frameworks.
• Knowledge of candidate evaluation tools and platforms.
