Role Overview

As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will lead the Guest Experience team to ensure that every visitor and member enjoys a distinguished and personalized journey from before arrival through after departure. Your duties include managing daily operations, supporting and motivating your team, and ensuring service reflects The Ned Doha’s signature warmth and luxury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations within the Guest Experience Centre to guarantee efficient and high-quality service.
  • Lead, train, and inspire team members to deliver exceptional experiences to guests and members.
  • Handle reservations and inquiries across Rooms, Restaurants, Spa, Membership events, and other hotel services with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as the main contact for complex guest requests, reservation issues, and service recovery efforts.
  • Maintain current and accurate hotel policies, booking procedures, and system information.
  • Continuously enhance departmental operating procedures and service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Membership, and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Assist in managing, setting up, and optimizing the OpenTable reservation system.
  • Monitor and guide team performance to uphold service excellence throughout each shift.
  • Ensure guest records are accurate while protecting confidentiality and data privacy.
  • Promote a culture of hospitality by anticipating guest needs and consistently exceeding expectations.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior supervisory experience in Guest Experience, Reservations, or luxury hospitality settings.
  • Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a sincere dedication to superior guest service.
  • Effective organizational abilities to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management and reservation software; experience with OpenTable is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with sound judgment.
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Professional demeanor, welcoming attitude, and dedication to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
  • Availability for rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
