Job description
Role Overview
As a Guest Assistant at Lanserhof Group, you serve as the primary point of contact for our clientele concerning medical and health-related queries. The treatment of our guests involves multiple professional groups who collaboratively communicate as a comprehensive therapy team. You act as the crucial liaison between the medical team, guests, and therapies, ensuring efficient spatial and scheduling resource planning. Your role also includes providing supportive advice and explanations to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personalized consultation and support in accordance with the Lanserhof Concept to our international guests in both German and English, before and during their stay.
- Maintaining and updating the software database covering prices, packages, therapies, articles, doctors, and staff details.
- Managing orders and distribution of medications and nutritional supplements.
- Communicating with consulting physicians as required.
- Operating and overseeing the medical retail shop.
- Preparing informational and concluding documentation bundles.
- Handling general office organization and correspondence.
- Generating medical billing and invoicing.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of professional training as a Medical Assistant, Practice Manager, or background in therapy planning.
- Demonstrable work experience in one or more of the above areas.
- Proficient medical knowledge enabling optimal creation of treatment schedules based on physician directives.
- Advanced proficiency in computer skills.
- English language proficiency at B1-B2 level, capable of everyday communication, telephonic conversations, describing goals, reporting, explaining, and justifying effectively.
- Strong problem-solving ability with independent, guest-centered approaches; excellent organizational and communication skills; consistently polite and personable.
- Absolute discretion and exceptional interpersonal etiquette.
