As a Guest Arrival Expert at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, your role is crucial in creating unforgettable first and last impressions for our guests. From welcoming arrivals to ensuring departures leave guests satisfied, you will facilitate seamless experiences that reflect our high standards of personalized service. You will be empowered to proactively handle a variety of duties such as managing operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries, generating reports, and sharing knowledge about local attractions. By transforming routine interactions into engaging moments, you help guests feel valued throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by guiding guests through arrival and departure procedures.
• Handle operational requirements and guest requests efficiently and with care.
• Maintain clear and accurate reporting related to guest services.
• Provide guests with information about local highlights and assist in enhancing their overall experience.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring workplace safety and confidentiality.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance, professional communication, and uniform compliance.
• Physically engage in tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods; moving, lifting, or carrying objects up to 50 pounds independently or heavier items with assistance.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned to uphold excellent guest service.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience or supervisory background required.
• No specific licenses or certifications necessary.

Additional Information

This position is located at The Pearl Island in Doha, Qatar, and requires onsite presence. Full-time schedule applies. The role is classified as non-management.
