Program Overview

We are seeking recent graduates passionate about innovation, sustainability, and solving complex problems to join our Wellington team in 2027. Our two-year Graduate Program offers opportunities for graduates from Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering backgrounds to develop their consulting careers. The program provides:

With offices across Australia and New Zealand, participants will work locally while benefiting from global knowledge and projects. We recruit graduates across various disciplines including Water, Facades and Sustainability, Urban Development, Building Engineering, Building Services, and Road and Rail.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of assigned projects
• Prepare and manage technical documentation, reports, and engineering drawings
• Ensure quality assurance by adhering to applicable industry standards and regulations
• Collect and analyze data to inform engineering decisions and project results
• Support Senior Engineers in project planning, design, and implementation activities

Candidate Profile

• Available to commence work in February 2027
• Holder of a recent Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering
• Strong communication skills with a passion for addressing complex engineering challenges
• Legal entitlement to work full-time in New Zealand
