General Maintenance Worker

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks or repairs across several skill areas such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical work, and vehicle maintenance.
• Perform duties like changing light bulbs, installing paper dispensers, replacing filters, changing door locks, and minor decorative repairs that do not require a licensed tradesperson.
• Attend all scheduled shifts punctually and maintain consistent attendance.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned, varying by account and client needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years relevant experience in general maintenance work.
• Must possess applicable licenses or certifications required for the work and location.
• Successful candidates will be dependable, adaptable, team-oriented, and dedicated to fostering a safe and healthy workplace.

Compensation and Schedule

Hourly pay ranges from $9.00 to $41.76, with workdays and shifts varying; more details will be provided during the interview process.
