Job Summary

We are seeking candidates for full-time General Helper roles based at JD Lodge, located 40 miles south of Carlin in Eureka, Nevada. This position involves a rotational work schedule of either 28 days on followed by 14 days off, or 14 days on followed by 7 days off. The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards across guest rooms, communal, and kitchen areas, supporting food preparation, and ensuring an excellent living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and kitchen facilities to maintain elevated hygiene standards.
• Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Support basic food preparation tasks, dishwashing, and cleanup operations in the kitchen.
• Replenish supplies in guest rooms, kitchens, and storage spaces as needed.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables properly to uphold a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Prepare and restock beverage stations, condiment areas, and dining zones.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
• Deliver courteous and professional service to guests, clients, and team members.
• Observe and comply with relevant liquor regulations related to serving alcohol.
• Set up and maintain bar stations including stocking beverages, glassware, and related supplies.
• Process drink orders with attention to appropriate portion control and customer satisfaction.
• Inform management about purchasing needs to minimize waste and avoid supply shortages.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, remote camp, offshore work, or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Ability to work full-time with rotational shifts as specified.
• Capable of performing all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Compliance with company drug-free workplace policy.
• Background screening requirements may apply depending on the location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed hourly wage of $12.27.
