Role Overview

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from our existing labour hire workforce for permanent positions as General Hands at our Riverview factory located in Brisbane, Queensland. This role is centered around supporting the assembly of modular building components within a team environment.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
• Dependability and a strong commitment to consistent work performance.
• Adherence to and active promotion of workplace safety standards.
• Effective teamwork capabilities and clear communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performing assembly of modular building components utilizing hand and power tools.
• Assisting with or completing carpentry-related tasks as required.
• Interpreting and working from technical drawings and building plans to ensure accuracy.
• Maintaining production quality and meeting scheduled deadlines.
• Following safety protocols and contributing positively to a safe working environment.
