Role Overview

We seek a seasoned GenAI / Agentic AI Architect with over 12 years of extensive experience in software engineering, AI/ML, enterprise architecture, and intelligent automation. This high-impact leadership role demands deep technical expertise in generative and agentic AI, strong strategic vision, and hands-on architectural skills to spearhead development and enterprise deployment of sophisticated AI-driven solutions focused primarily on the banking domain. The position is based in Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad, with an immediate to 45-day notice period required.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Design and implement advanced enterprise-grade Agentic AI architectures integrating multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, and human-in-the-loop frameworks.
• Develop solutions leveraging Large and Small Language Models, multimodal AI models, foundation models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Apply model fine-tuning strategies including supervised fine-tuning, parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT), LoRA/QLoRA, domain adaptation, and model distillation.
• Incorporate AI guardrails, responsible AI frameworks, observability, and governance controls to ensure safe, transparent AI operations.
• Utilize AI/ML algorithms and frameworks such as decision trees, random forest, deep learning, neural networks, ensemble methods, reinforcement learning, NLP models, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Hugging Face, and NVIDIA NeMo.
• Work with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval pipelines using structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Employ Agentic AI frameworks like CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, and Microsoft Agent Frameworks for designing single-agent and multi-agent systems.
• Develop enterprise solutions including RAG implementations, AI assistants, knowledge copilots, autonomous AI agents, and domain-specific applications using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, and Semantic Kernel.
• Master prompt engineering, including prompt templates, chaining, agent instructions, context management, and AI guardrails.
• Work with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and NVIDIA AI ecosystem, handling containerized deployments, Kubernetes, API-led integrations, GPU environments, and ensuring scalability and production-grade AI operations.
• Exhibit strong software engineering skills in Python, Java, C#, Go, with understanding of SDLC, OOD, microservices, API development, enterprise integration patterns, Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Lead architecture discussions with stakeholders and executives, provide mentorship to AI and software engineering teams, and manage multiple deliverables with robust organizational skills.

Eligibility and Education

Candidates must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization and possess extensive professional experience in related AI and software engineering fields.
