Role Overview

The Cook plays a central part in day-to-day restaurant activity. In this role, you will prepare fresh, flavourful food, apply practical kitchen judgment, and contribute to delivering consistent Mexican-inspired dishes for both new and returning guests. The position centres on using fresh ingredients to maintain high product standards.

What You Will Do

• Support smooth restaurant kitchen operations.

Experience and Attitude

Prior kitchen experience is welcome, but it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate is open to guidance, keen to learn, willing to make an effort, and dependable with a positive can-do approach.
