Role Summary
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the restaurant. This includes improving the guest experience, guiding and developing the team through coaching and training, overseeing inventory, and managing the restaurant’s financial performance. The role carries accountability for quality standards, process compliance, and business results.

- Support team development through coaching and training initiatives.
- Manage stock levels and inventory control.
- Take responsibility for financial performance and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of quality and procedural compliance.
Experience and Background
The ideal candidate brings experience from a busy, high-volume hospitality environment, with a track record of leading teams. You should also have delivered strong customer service, communicated effectively, and previously contributed to KPI achievement and business profitability.
