Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small team to deliver exceptional bakery products and outstanding customer experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the bakery area.
• Create and nurture a positive, respectful, and high-performing team environment.
• Participate in community events and contribute to the 'End of Day Giving' program by donating unsold bread.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication abilities, with effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Physical stamina for continuous standing and walking during tasks.
• Manual dexterity with frequent constant use of both hands.
• Capability to lift and carry items up to 7.5 kg regularly, plus bending and reaching at various levels.
• Occasional lifting and carrying of heavy items up to 22 kg, and performing pushing, pulling, crouching, and overhead reaching.
