Front Store Supervisor

Role Overview

Become part of a locally owned store team, dedicated to providing health, beauty, and convenience services within your community, with a strong customer-centric approach at the core of your duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service activities including cash handling, cashier teams, and merchandising efforts.
• Ensure staff adherence to store policies and operational procedures through ongoing training and guidance.
• Implement loss prevention standards, manage daily cash office inventory, monitor cashier tracking and PC Optimum processes.
• Maintain professional appearance standards as per Uniform Policy and address customer inquiries and issues including refunds and exchanges within guidelines.
• Promote the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) survey among customers.
• Keep shelves well-organized and clean with appropriate stock rotation, and manage product displays as directed by management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, uphold health and safety requirements, and comply with all company policies and loss prevention protocols.
• Carry out clerical and banking tasks as required and fill in as a cashier when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong skills in planning, independent decision-making, and problem-solving to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Competent computer skills, strong organizational abilities, and effective time management.
• Good product knowledge relevant to store supplies.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $20.10, influenced by candidates' experience, knowledge, and geographic location. This is a newly established position.
