About the Role

We are seeking a Freight Forwarder to join our startup environment and assist in developing new operational processes. This role requires hands-on experience within freight forwarding, combined with strong organizational and communication skills, to ensure smooth and efficient handling of shipping logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage freight forwarding operations in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Maintain strong organizational practices to coordinate shipments and related processes.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and external partners.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and task coordination.
• Apply geographical knowledge and cultural awareness to navigate international logistics challenges.
• Identify issues proactively and devise appropriate solutions to operational problems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in freight forwarding operations is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated aptitude for teamwork and coordinating with others.
• Understanding of geography and cultural differences relevant to international freight.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve logistical challenges efficiently.

Compensation & Other Details

The salary range offered for this position is between ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month based on experience and capabilities.
