Job Description

This full-time position located in the Mohali district involves serving as a Freight Broker responsible for overseeing brokerage operations. Key functions include negotiating rates with carriers, managing shipment tracking, resolving logistical challenges, dispatching tasks, and maintaining excellent customer service and account management.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in freight brokerage activities
• Strong skills in customer service and managing client accounts
• Ability to handle dispatching responsibilities effectively
• Outstanding negotiation and communication capabilities
• Capacity to perform efficiently within a dynamic on-site work environment
• Background in logistics or transportation industries considered advantageous
