Freelance Recruiter

Position Overview

This freelance recruiter role involves independently managing the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing resumes, candidate hunting, job advertisement, conducting interviews, administering tests, and providing evaluation reports. The work modality is under a PJ contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting end-to-end selection processes autonomously and remotely.
• Managing all phases of recruitment independently.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience managing recruitment and selection for roles ranging from operational to strategic levels.
• Residence in Blumenau or nearby areas is mandatory.
• Possession of a personal notebook/laptop.
• Availability to work during regular business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or possessing a degree in Human Resources or Psychology is an advantage.

Compensation

• This role is entirely commission-based.
