About the Opportunity

Mindrift seeks a talented and adaptable Graphic Designer to contribute to the Tendem project, a hybrid AI and human platform focused on specialized data workflows. This part-time remote role is perfect for creative individuals with expertise in visual communications, layout design, and creating a wide range of marketing visuals.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer on Tendem, you will partner with Tendem Agents performing repetitive tasks, providing the critical design thinking, domain knowledge, and formatting skills necessary to convert initial ideas into polished, professional visual materials. Your work will center on developing clean layouts, engaging infographics, social media templates, and refined visual designs in alignment with marketing objectives using industry-standard design software.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, modern layouts and visually appealing infographics with attention to hierarchy and readability.
• Design reusable, compelling social media templates and impactful one-page documents.
• Enhance routine graphics by applying advanced typography methods, grid structures, and balanced composition.
• Translate raw data and concepts into formal visual assets tailored for marketing and communication purposes.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure consistent alignment, color accuracy, and layout standards before final delivery.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant graphic, digital design, or visual communications experience preferred.
• Education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or comparable creative fields at the bachelor's or master's level is advantageous.
• Expert understanding of typography, grid systems, and visual composition to improve design quality.
• Proven skills in crafting clear, structured visual information through infographics and social media layouts.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Flexible design capability between impactful one-pagers and digital templates.
• English communication skills at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher.
• Detail-oriented, fast-learning, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple design projects independently.
• Submission of a CV in English that includes a portfolio link with graphic design examples is mandatory; applications lacking portfolios or relevant samples will not be accepted.

Project Specifics

This freelance position is project-based; work availability depends on active projects. You may be considered for multiple projects according to your skills and current opportunities. Estimated workload during active phases is about 10-20 hours weekly, but this is not guaranteed.

Compensation

Payment can reach up to $50 per hour equivalent, varying based on contribution level, task complexity, and project scope. Compensation differs among projects on the platform.
