Role Overview
We are searching for a Founding Partner – Finance & Strategy to join the original leadership team and play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the advisory practice. This role involves driving financial advisory services, strategic planning initiatives, client collaborations, and shaping the firm’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine financial models, forecasts, and extract business insights.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans and advisory assignments.
- Support client acquisition efforts and foster partnerships.
- Contribute to establishing operational infrastructures and expanding service lines.
- Engage in critical business decision-making as a member of the founding team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a closely related discipline.
- Have at least one year of practical experience in finance, financial analysis, consulting, or related commercial environments.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, expertise in financial modeling, strategic acumen, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset with capability to operate independently and collaboratively, motivated by building businesses and generating value within an early-stage setup.
- Additional credentials such as ACCA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent qualifications, along with entrepreneurship or advisory experience, are desirable.
Compensation
This position offers an equity-based founding partnership opportunity. Specific terms will be finalized according to individual contribution and value alignment.
