Role Summary
As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you will work where software engineering, cloud architecture, and artificial intelligence meet. Your focus will be on connecting the company’s core AI products with real-world client environments. This is a technically demanding, high-impact position that calls for a digital-first approach to deploying autonomous agents and AI innovation labs across varied enterprise settings.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and roll out production-grade AI solutions using Anthropic Claude and embed them into existing enterprise workflows.
- Develop full-stack connectors, APIs, and middleware with Python for AI/ML logic and ASP.NET Core for enterprise backend services.
- Design and oversee deployments across Azure Foundry, Google Cloud Platform, and AWS while maintaining high availability and SOC2/SOX alignment.
- Partner closely with client stakeholders to assess technical requirements, shape implementation roadmaps, and lead hands-on AI agent deployment work.
- Maintain strong technical governance across deployments, including cybersecurity controls, identity management through Okta, and GRC standards.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and bring 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, or solutions architecture.
- Advanced Python skills, including experience with FastAPI, Flask, or LangChain.
- Strong command of ASP.NET and C# for enterprise application development.
- Practical experience with Azure, especially Foundry or AI Services, and with GCP tools such as Vertex AI or App Engine.
- Prior work building and scaling Claude-powered agents and large language model solutions.
- Familiarity with Fabric Data Agents or comparable data orchestration platforms.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD workflows, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of infrastructure security, identity management, and compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and SOX.
- Ability to think strategically like an architect while still being comfortable writing code and handling implementation details.
- Comfort working with the shift from legacy systems to autonomous, AI-driven environments.
- Strong business-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Eligibility
Any graduate can apply, provided they meet the technical and experience expectations for the role.
