Role Summary

The Forward Deployed Engineer II acts as the primary consultant for deploying HighRadius Cloud products to large enterprises worldwide, particularly Fortune 2000 firms. This role demands ownership of product implementations and managing change requests post go-live, ensuring high-quality delivery, substantial value addition, and excellent client satisfaction within set schedules. Serving as the main liaison during post-deployment change management, the incumbent requires exceptional communication, organizational skills, and an analytical mindset.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle implementation of HighRadius Cloud products at client locations globally.
  • Create and execute SQL scripts for efficient data extraction and system configuration.
  • Manage change request executions spanning requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, system testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care phases.
  • Develop strong client relationships and conduct user acceptance testing alongside shadow sessions to facilitate seamless client adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Technical, and QA teams to ensure deployment meets agreed key performance indicators.
  • Test complete process workflows, deliver end-user training to promote adoption, and verify value realization.
  • Proactively communicate potential risks related to change requests to the Delivery Director to maintain transparency.

Candidate Profile

  • Requires 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Education qualification includes B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, or MCA preferably from reputed institutions.
  • Strong skills in communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, presentations, organization, and teamwork.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and hands-on functional consulting background.
  • Experience working with international clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge or exposure to Order-to-Cash business processes is desirable.
  • Ability to manage client expectations post go-live by handling change requests efficiently.
  • Experience with value-driven project executions is an advantage.
