Role Overview

An established contractor seeks an experienced Finishing Foreman / Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee the completion of multiple prestigious hotel projects in Central Dublin. This freelance position guarantees work through Christmas, with potential for continued engagement beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate finishing and fit-out activities on-site.
• Supervise subcontractors and trades ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Track quality control, project progress, and adherence to schedules.
• Conduct thorough inspections and promptly address finishing issues.
• Work closely with site management, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain a safe and effective work environment throughout all operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman, Fit-Out Supervisor, or Fit-Out Manager.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering superior commercial, hospitality, or hotel fit-out projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of finishing trades and construction workflows.
• Capability to manage multiple packages and coordinate trades efficiently.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.

Additional Information

• Position type: Freelance.

• Daily rate: €300–€400, adjusted for experience.
