Role Overview

This opportunity is for a remote, part-time Financial Analyst position at Orchid Group of Companies. The analyst will be responsible for examining financial statements, generating regular reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. Key duties involve analyzing financial trends, variances, and performance indicators to deliver practical insights that support management decision-making.

The role also includes evaluating new business initiatives, assessing financial risks, and contributing to both short-term and long-term financial planning. Day-to-day collaboration with internal teams ensures clarity on financial data, improvement of reporting workflows, and maintaining precise documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in finance, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
• Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret financial data, identify patterns, and generate meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, including preparing accurate statements and management summaries.
• Effective communication skills to clearly present financial findings and engage with cross-departmental teams.
• Relevant educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet use and financial modeling tools (such as Excel and specialized financial software).
• Attention to detail and a high level of integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with self-motivation and discipline.
• Experience in corporate or investment finance within the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
