Finance Manager - US and Canada Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial operations for our US and Canada regions. This position is responsible for ensuring robust financial performance, governance adherence, compliance, and providing critical business support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury management, cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes.
• Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance.
• Manage accounting functions, prepare financial reports, and ensure tax compliance.
• Coordinate both internal and external auditing activities.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, governance standards, and internal controls.
• Assist with risk management plans and drive continuous improvement in processes.
• Serve as the company’s SAP Key User to facilitate system enhancements aligning with business requirements.
• Lead and mentor the Finance team, collaborating closely with essential stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate substantial professional experience in finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, treasury operations, taxation, and financial planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience working with SAP FI/CO modules.

Preferred Credentials

• A postgraduate degree or MBA is advantageous.
• Prior leadership roles within multinational corporations.
• Experience with SAP system implementations.
• Intermediate Spanish language skills.
