Finance Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, working on-site. This role involves managing daily finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, VAT compliance, and providing support for strategic financial decisions, all while ensuring adherence to UAE financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee financial data and reporting across the organization.
• Compile and deliver precise and timely financial reports for both management and group stakeholders.
• Create and maintain cash flow budgets and forecasts to facilitate financial planning.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and offer management dependable financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Support and assist with daily group financial operations as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines consistently.
