Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with finance and commercial leadership to grasp shifting business priorities and translate financial information into clear actionable recommendations that guide decision-making.
• Produce precise performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, adjusting to business needs and stringent deadlines.
• Support month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts while upholding high standards of accuracy and detail orientation.
• Examine business performance metrics, detect principal drivers, risks, and potential opportunities, and communicate succinct financial narratives for leadership action.
• Employ financial modelling, scenario analysis, and independent commercial judgment to question assumptions and assist leaders in evaluating business and investment options.
• Oversee reporting and analysis for incentive programs, ensuring accurate data, proper accruals, and insightful performance evaluations across the company.
• Forge trusted relationships with finance and operational partners by proactively addressing issues, responding to stakeholder requirements, and driving solutions that bolster business objectives.
• Identify and recommend continual enhancements in reporting, planning, and analytics processes to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
• Either completed or actively pursuing CA or CPA certification.
• At least 3 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, management accounting, or a comparable finance role.
• Minimum 2 years’ advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel focusing on financial modeling, forecasting, and analyzing large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Background supporting corporate budgeting, forecasting, and performance management cycles.
• Experience in constructing financial models and scenario analyses to assist operational or commercial decisions.
