Role Overview

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing Beckman Coulter diagnostic equipment and IT solutions at customer sites across Croatia, primarily within commuting distance of Zagreb. This fully remote position is based in the Technical Service Department, reporting to the Field Technical Service Manager. Acting as a dependable and detail-oriented team member, you will undertake delegated tasks with accountability and flexibility, including travel within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and provide maintenance support for Beckman Coulter equipment.
• Offer authoritative technical assistance onsite and via telephone support.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with customers through technical training.
• Assist with new product launches and service team activities related to customer support.
• Document and report service operations, updating and closing tasks in the Service Management System (SMS).
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and scientific methodologies.

Essential Qualifications

• A degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience servicing and maintaining medical equipment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Croatian.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
