About the Role
HDB Financial Services Limited is urgently seeking a Field Sales Manager to join their team in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial products and principles, with a focus on promoting and selling loan products such as business loans, personal loans, gold loans, and mortgages.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and lead a sales team effectively to meet company goals.
- Source and engage potential customers to promote loan products.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of various loan products and financial services.
- Educational qualification of 12th pass, diploma, or any graduation is acceptable.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 23,000 with additional incentives based on performance.

Additional Information
This position is based in Trichy and requires onsite attendance. Candidates with 0 to 2 years experience are considered, but the role requires a minimum experience of 3+ years, indicating preference for experienced individuals.
