Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team across multiple locations in India. The position offers an annual salary range of 4.2 to 5 lakhs plus performance-based incentives, with payments made weekly including salary and incentives. Eligible candidates must be under 29 years old with up to three years of experience. Educational qualifications include MBA candidates graduating in 2026 or graduates with MBA or B-Tech degrees alongside at least nine months of sales experience. This is a company payroll position.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with new clients, establishing trust and rapport.
• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to effectively showcase the products and services offered.
• Drive independent sales efforts in the assigned geographical area.
• Generate leads from the existing database to initiate sales conversations.
• Recognize and connect with decision-makers to advance the sales process.
• Provide persuasive demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to close sales and ensure on-time payment collection.
