Job Overview

Ghai Electronics, located in Ludhiana, is seeking a diligent Field Sales Executive to enhance retail engagements and boost secondary sales through active fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily visits to retailers following a specified beat plan
Drive order generation and promote increased secondary sales
Establish and nurture relationships with dealers and retailers
Manage collections and ensure timely follow-ups
Liaise effectively with billing and delivery departments

Candidate Profile

Prior experience in field sales is essential
Background in FMCG, telecom, mobile accessories, or distribution sales is advantageous
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license
Strong communication abilities and a result-driven mindset are required

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary ranging from ₹22,400 to ₹52,900
Additional incentives reaching up to ₹20,400 per month
Provision of fuel or travel allowance
Preference given to candidates available for immediate joining
