Job Overview
Join Paytm Services Private Limited as a Field Sales Executive in Ranchi, Jharkhand, where you will play a crucial role in expanding our merchant network by promoting QR code and sound box products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential merchants, engage them, and successfully onboard them for QR code and sound box services.
- Conduct regular field visits, typically meeting 10-15 merchants daily to drive product sales and awareness.
- Increase distribution coverage and grow the market share of our QR and sound box offerings within the designated territory.
- Consistently meet and strive to surpass sales goals set for daily, weekly, and monthly periods.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with merchants to ensure high usage rates and satisfaction with the products.
- Collect and relay valuable market feedback and insights to company management to aid strategic decisions.
- Adhere strictly to the planned daily route (beat plan), maintain accurate records of activities, and ensure regular attendance.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly remuneration between 16000 to 26000 INR.
