About the Role
The Loan Recovery Agent position entails managing overdue payments for loans provided to customers purchasing 3-wheelers within the Lucknow region. This role supports the automobile finance sector by advancing the recovery process and ensuring steady cash flow for the company.
Responsibilities
- Execute timely collection efforts on overdue loan payments from customers in the automobile finance sector.
- Engage customers effectively using communication and negotiation skills to resolve outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with branch and recovery managers to streamline recovery operations and minimize loan delinquencies.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities to manage customer interactions.
- Understanding of loan recovery procedures specifically within the 3-wheeler financing segment.
