Field Administrator

Position Overview

Kelly Services is collaborating with an automotive client to fill the position of Field Inventory Administrator. This role involves visiting automotive dealerships across the Greater Toronto Area to ensure accuracy and reliability in vehicle inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough verification and authentication of vehicle documentation at local dealerships.
• Record detailed information regarding vehicles that are sold, missing, or damaged.
• Engage in occasional investigative tasks to locate specific vehicles.
• Review dealer records and authenticate documents for accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle for travel.
• Exceptional attention to detail with meticulous documentation skills.
• Comfortable utilizing mobile devices to record data accurately in the field.
• Flexible availability: initial 20 days of full-time training followed by a variable schedule featuring lower hours in the first and last weeks of each month (part-time) and full-time hours during other weeks, averaging between 25 and 37.5 total hours per week.

Additional Information
