Role Summary

The Facilitator position is a part-time, remote role dedicated to delivering effective and engaging learning sessions that support leadership growth, mindset coaching, and personal development. Responsibilities involve leading online workshops, group coaching, and training sessions utilizing established materials and frameworks to guide learners through concepts and practical activities. The role requires tailoring session content to participants’ needs, managing discussions to foster an inclusive and safe learning environment, collecting feedback, and collaborating in program enhancement and resource development. Reliable digital communication, consistent availability across various time zones, and professional representation of the company are crucial in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilitation or coaching including leading workshops or group coaching in leadership, mindset, or personal development areas.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to actively listen, and skillful management of diverse group dynamics.
• Educational background or credentials in psychology, coaching, education, leadership, business, or related disciplines; relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Proficiency with remote work technologies such as video conferencing, digital collaboration platforms, and online learning management systems, supported by a stable internet connection and professional home workspace.
• A personal commitment to growth mindset philosophies, lifelong learning, and self-improvement with an ability to embody these values in interactions.
• Strong organization and time management aptitude, including preparation of materials beforehand, maintaining timely schedules, and thorough recording of participant feedback and progress.
• Experience engaging with diverse populations and dedication to nurturing respectful, inclusive, and non-judgmental learning atmospheres.
• Availability to conduct sessions during evenings or weekends to accommodate participant schedules.
