Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Consultant skilled in Facets and advanced machine learning technologies to spearhead innovations in claims and billing systems. Operating within a hybrid work environment and day shift schedule, you will partner with diverse teams to elevate product functionality and create valuable solutions that benefit both the organization and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the design and deployment of cutting-edge solutions utilizing Facets while ensuring smooth integration with current systems.
• Guide the application of large language models (LLMs) and open-source technologies to enhance product features and streamline data processing.
• Offer expert technical support in PyTorch and TensorFlow to refine machine learning models for superior effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to discover opportunities that advance products within the claims and billing landscapes.
• Interpret complex datasets through Python programming to extract meaningful insights supporting strategic choices.
• Create and update thorough documentation covering all technical workflows and product capabilities.
• Adhere strictly to industry regulations and standards throughout product development and management activities.
• Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvements to boost product quality and increase customer satisfaction.
• Work hand-in-hand with cross-department teams to ensure product strategies are consistent with overall business goals.
• Organize and conduct workshops and training to uplift team competencies in relevant technical areas.
• Track product performance indicators and swiftly address any emerging issues.
• Engage with clients to collect feedback and integrate it into subsequent development cycles.
• Support effective management of hybrid work dynamics, balancing onsite and remote collaboration efficiently.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable expertise in Facets with ability to seamlessly integrate and optimize related system functions.
• Substantial experience working with open-source LLM tools aimed at product advancement.
• Advanced proficiency in PyTorch and TensorFlow to develop resilient machine learning frameworks.
• Strong command of Python for data analytics and insight generation.
• In-depth knowledge of the claims and billing domains including their specific challenges and compliance needs.
• Capacity to thrive in hybrid work settings while maintaining consistent productivity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with varied teams.
• Hands-on experience with Python programming, ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), generative AI models (LLMs, SLMs, VLMs), and agentic workflow frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Familiarity with healthcare testing within Facets is advantageous but not mandatory.
