Role Overview

The expeditor serves as a crucial connection between the kitchen and customers, guaranteeing that orders are prepared promptly, align with Nando's quality standards, and reach the correct guest. Responsibilities include preparing and packaging take-out meals and being the final contact for carryout customers. Expeditors must be efficient, well-organized, professional, courteous, and dependable. You will collaborate with fellow team members to surpass guest expectations and deliver the unique Nando's experience.

• Competitive base pay supplemented by an average of $3 to $4 per hour in tips

• Basic proficiency in English and professional communication skills

Physical Demands

• Capable of independently lifting up to 15 pounds over extended periods
• Frequent walking, standing, and stair climbing while carrying food items and dishes throughout shifts
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours daily
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Repetitive reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, as well as pushing and pulling motions
• Capability to lift items overhead
• Must be able to navigate stairs in multi-level restaurant settings
