The Human Resources & Talent Development Division plays a critical role in securing and cultivating top talent to meet MOHH's future needs, executing strategic HR initiatives across the public healthcare sector as MOH’s implementation partner. Role Overview
The Executive/Senior Executive will be integral to driving talent management and succession planning operations within MOHH. Reporting to the Talent Management Manager, this role involves coordinating the talent review cycles, supporting talent development programs, maintaining data integrity, and engaging with various stakeholders to foster talent identification, growth, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full coordination of annual talent review and succession planning, including scheduling, organizing logistics, and documenting proceedings with follow-up actions.
- Develop accurate meeting materials, presentations, and briefing documents for talent calibration and engagement sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date talent databases, trackers, and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
- Proactively identify upcoming deadlines, potential challenges, and preparation needs to inform the Manager.
- Ensure meticulous handling of all sensitive talent and succession documents with confidentiality and alignment to data governance policies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational workflows for increased efficiency.
- Support talent program tracking by monitoring metrics and analytics relevant for workforce planning.
- Coordinate administration of psychometric assessments and assist in executing talent development initiatives including development awards, leadership programs, and mentoring schemes.
- Monitor program timelines and participant progress, promptly addressing issues and proposing workable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subsidiaries, and external vendors to manage program logistics and communications effectively.
- Assist in planning and monitoring talent development budgets, keeping precise records of financial details.
- Research, assess, and recommend external training and development programs aligned with talent needs.
- Track emerging trends and best practices in learning and development to maintain a relevant program repository.
- Maintain an updated directory of vetted external training providers, documenting program details such as content, cost, duration, and suitability.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess at least a degree in Human Resource Management or related fields; candidates with equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- Exhibit strong organizational discipline with excellent coordination capabilities and attention to detail.
- Be proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating requirements and managing priorities efficiently.
- Demonstrate analytical skills, interpreting data and converting metrics into actionable insights.
- Maintain maturity, discretion, and trustworthiness when managing confidential talent information.
- Possess strong written and spoken communication skills suited for producing well-structured materials for senior leadership.
- Be collaborative and interpersonally skilled, comfortable working across diverse teams and levels.
- Have a genuine enthusiasm for learning, talent management, and personal development.
- Adapt well to changing environments and dynamic priorities.
- Be solution-oriented with effective stakeholder and time management abilities.
- Bring 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR, talent management, or related functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
