Job Overview
This role is based in Ahmedabad and requires a minimum of 3 years' experience. The position is full-time with an annual salary range between INR 180000 and INR 300000. Candidates should have completed an ITI or a related course.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough checks on returned materials to generate the appropriate ARO documentation.
- Evaluate the condition of returned items to decide if they need repairs or can be sold as-is.
- Manage and coordinate the repair workflow for any defective goods.
- Upon completion of the credit note processing, ensure returned materials are handed over promptly to the store team.
- Replace gearboxes in accordance with delivery note instructions.
