Role Overview

As a Christian executive leadership coach with Kingdom Factor, you will support and develop leaders from any location within the United States through remote coaching engagements. This flexible position accommodates both full-time and part-time schedules, allowing coaches to personalize their workload and work setting while embedding Christian values into leadership development.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of ten years' experience in coaching, mentoring, or business consulting.
• Proven strong leadership and effective communication capabilities.
• Adept at integrating faith-based perspectives with practical business insights.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing leadership development programs.
• Motivated by a desire to make a positive impact on clients and communities.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Ability to function autonomously from any location across the U.S.
• Familiarity with Christian values and the principles of the Kingdom.
• Experience within the Christian business community and possession of coaching certifications are beneficial advantages.
