About the Role

Are you an experienced professional with extensive expertise in supporting high-level executives, adept at staying composed in demanding situations? Consider joining The Walt Disney Company’s Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) team as an Executive Assistant. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings involving detailed coordination and follow-up to ensure effective communication.
  • Process and submit expense reports via Concur promptly.
  • Prepare for meetings including setting up large presentations and video conferences connecting multiple locations.
  • Organize and coordinate executive business travel logistics, accounting for factors such as time zones, weather, traffic, and fatigue.
  • Engage with senior leaders, support teams, and external entities with professionalism across all levels.
  • Review executives’ schedules to incorporate appropriate downtime and travel between meetings.
  • Strategically manage incoming communications by prioritizing activities, adjusting meetings, and directing calls.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion reflecting the company’s status as publicly traded.
  • Provide office support such as ordering supplies and processing purchase orders and approvals.
  • Arrange departmental off-sites and events as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and other related tasks as required.
